Weight Watchers Strawberry and Banana Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 banana
8-10 ice cubes
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
Diet Cherry Cola cake
1 cake mix
1 can of diet cherry cola
2 egg whites
Directions:
Mix together and put in a prepared cake pan.. Bake accoriding to the directions,

Mock Twinkies
1 pkg Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Butter flavor cake mix
12 oz diet lemon lime soda (sprite, 7-Up etc)
2 large egg whites
1 cup Cool Whip Free
1-Preheat oven to 375
2-In large bowl combine cake mix, soda and egg whites. Beat for 2 minutes until well mixed.
3-Line 2 12 cup muffin tins with paper liners. Fill each 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove
to wire rack to cool completely.
4-Once cupcakes are cold, fill a pastry bag with cool whip and push into center of cupcake to fill. Refrigerate.

Weight Watchers Chicken Quesadillas
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken breasts
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, Shredded
10 8-inch flour tortillas
Preparation
1. Broil the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink inside. Cool and then shred or cube the chicken.
2. Mix chicken, salsa and cheese in a bowl.
3. Place 1/10th of the mixture on half of the tortilla, fold over and press down slightly to "seal". You can moisten the edges
with water to help the edges seal
4. Bake at 400°F for about 5 minutes or until tortillas start to brown.
5. Serve with additional salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping.
6. Goes well with refried beans and/or Spanish Rice.

Orange Cream
Ingredients:
4 - 6 ice cubes
1 tsp packed sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 half of can of condensed orange juice
1 cup water
1 cup milk
Blend all ingredients until frothy.
